Exploring Anova Lighting's New Factory
As Anova Lighting approaches its 20th anniversary, a remarkable transformation is underway. To embrace new opportunities and better serve our clients, we have decided to embark on a comprehensive upgrade of our factory. Anova is not just renovating a factory, but crafting an environment that reflects our values and visions.
Anova's new factory covers an area of more than 4,000 square meters, and our new factory will be renovated into a new look. There are shocking cultural walls, a casual and comfortable reception area, an intelligent exhibition hall, a dust-free production line for lean production, various testing equipment, and a spacious and tidy warehouse area.
Our products will also make some adjustments. In addition to the existing fixed and adjustable LED downlights; single-head and double-head ceiling lights; constant voltage and constant current COB cabinet lights; square and round step lights; sound-absorbing pendant lights; 0-100% Triac dimmable LED driver; MR16 modules with different powers from 30mm-80mm in height; aluminum and stainless steel downlight frames. The new products we are still developing will use more different kinds of environmentally friendly materials, such as recycled marine fishing nets, recycled aluminum, recycled PET, recycled plastics, etc. to make the lamp body of our products to reduce environmental pollution. We are committed to together with our suppliers and customers to preserve our Earth home.
In addition, as people's pursuit of convenience and low cost is getting higher and higher, we will also develop more products with low-voltage 24V 2700-6500K adjustable color temperature and power. These products can be applied in intelligent control systems such as Tuya, DALI, Zigbee, Bluetooth, etc. This allows you to adjust the desired color and brightness through the APP, voice, or intelligent control panel as you like. It also breaks the traditional high-cost method of one lamp and one drive, which greatly saves the cost of the entire solution.
Our new factory will be officially used at the end of September and is currently undergoing intensive renovation. We believe that the new factory will provide us with better production conditions, better customer service, and broader market prospects. We look forward to witnessing this historic moment with you.
